Returns
We accept returns within seven (7) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Accompanied by all original tags and labels
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at turtlehead.store@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item and send it to the following address:
- Return requests will be considered within 7 days of purchase. Requests will be initiated within 2-3 days.
- Returned product will picked up within 3-4 days and refund will be initiated after further inspection of the product.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt for the return to be processed.
After refund is approved, amount will be credited within 7-5 days to the original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been successfully processed.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
